The Director
Harshad Shiba has significant experience in commercial law. He is known for his specialist expertise in franchise and licensing law having advised many of New Zealand’s leading franchise brands over his 17-year career. After being admitted to the bar in 2005, Harshad earned his stripes working in some of New Zealand’s most highly regarded specialist commercial and franchise practices.
Harshad regularly assists with the implementation of new businesses (including franchised and licensed systems) and attends to their ongoing legal needs. He has a passion for commercial and corporate law and acts for clients trading in a wide variety of industries.
A real people person, he is in his element meeting new people and building relationships. He enjoys connecting people with aligned interests and objectives and understands that the key to success in any venture is the people and relationships behind it.
